Refund Policy

At Neuroeducación Consciente, we believe in the value of mutual commitment. All our services are

designed with prior preparation and limited availability to ensure personalized attention. For this reason, we establish the following refund and cancellation conditions:

🧠 Individual Sessions
(Academic coaching, family guidance, educational intervention)

✔️ Sessions can be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
❌ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
❌ If the client does not attend the session without prior notice, it will be considered completed.

🎓 Session Packages

✔️ The entire package may be canceled only before the first session, with at least 72 hours’ notice.
✔️ In such cases, the amount will be refunded minus 10% for administrative costs.
❌ Unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has started.

🧩 Assessments and Specific Interventions

❌ No refunds or cancellations are accepted once the service has been contracted.
✔️ You may reschedule once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice.

💡 If I must cancel…

If for any reason I must cancel a session, you may choose between:
🔁 Rescheduling at no cost, or
💸 Receiving a full refund for that session.
