General Terms and Conditions – Academic Guidance and Neurocoaching Services These terms and conditions apply to all services offered through this platform. 1. Purpose of the Services All services offered are intended to provide educational and emotional support, with a pedagogical and neuropsychological focus. The aim is to enhance the academic performance, organization, motivation, and well-being of the student or their family. ⚠️ These services do not replace clinical diagnostic evaluations or constitute psychological or medical treatment. If a specialized assessment is necessary, the family will be informed and appropriate guidance will be offered. 2. Modality and Duration Sessions are conducted online, through platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet. The standard duration is 50 to 60 minutes, depending on the type of service. Sessions can be one-off or be part of a plan with several meetings, as agreed upon. 3. Reservations and Payment Reservations are made through the Wix platform. Payment must be made before the session or plan is booked. In the case of packages, discounts will only be applied when purchasing the full plan. The registered card may be used to apply cancellation policies if necessary. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend the session will not be refundable. In justified cases (force majeure, emergencies), the session may be rescheduled free of charge. 5. Confidentiality and Data Protection All information shared during the process will be treated with strict confidentiality. No data will be shared with third parties without the express consent of the user or their legal guardian. Data processing complies with current data protection legislation. 6. User Commitment Punctuality, attendance, and active participation in sessions are expected. The success of the process depends on commitment to the established strategies and agreements.
